Pricing Structure

Initial one-time Enrollment Fee: $100 per child or $150 per family. 

6 Month Membership minimum required to enroll in an Ongoing Membership tier. If shorter length of care is desired, we offer a 4th trimester package for newborns and one month consultations and three month consultations for older children.

We also offer a Premium Tier for Lifestyle/Integrative Medicine focused care. See below for pricing details.

Membership fees for a Hive (at Clinic) Membership:

  • Birth to 1st birthday: $175 per month

  • 12-24 months of age: $150 per month

  • 2-5 years of age: $125 per month

  • 6 years and up: $100 per month

Families with 1-2 children who pay annually will receive a 5% discount and pay no enrollment fee.
Families with 3 or more children who pay annually will receive a 10% discount and pay no enrollment fee.

Sliding scale family plans based on income are available! Please reach out for additional information. We want to make it possible for any family to join Honeybee Pediatrics!

Honeybee At Home Membership

  • Birth to 2nd birthday: $350 per month

  • 2-5 years of age: $250 per month

  • 6 and older: $175 per month

Families with 1-2 children who pay annually will receive a 5% discount and pay no enrollment fee. 

Families with 3 or more children who pay annually will receive a 10% discount and pay no enrollment fee. 

 

Wellness Package – only available for children age 6 and up: 

$500 annually or $50/month

This covers an annual in-office well child visit 

Your child will be an established patient and you can text or call with concerns

Sports physical forms can be completed at no additional cost

Same day/next day sick visits are $100 each

Follow up visit for Behavioral health or chronic health concerns are $150 per visit

Weekend sick visits are $200.

 

One time visit for Non-Member: $250

 

Empower Lifestyle Medicine

Through Empower Lifestyle Medicine, I now also offer:

Integrative Lifestyle Medicine evaluation of complex health issues such as anxiety, depression ADHD, asthma, GI issues and Autism.

I will gather a thorough history, order labs and imaging if indicated, and refer to specialists as needed. 

1 month package: $249

  • Initial 60-90 minute in person visit at my office 

  • 1 follow-up visit in person or via video 

  • Limited text/email/phone and video access for 1 month 

3 month package: $599

  • Initial 60-90 minute in person visit at my office 

  • Up to 5 follow-up visits in person or via video 

  • Limited text/email/phone and video access for 3 months 

Ongoing Integrative, Lifestyle Medicine focused Health Improvement plan for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, or other medical concerns: 

$1999 per year (can be divided into monthly payments of $166/month)
