SLIDING SCALE DIRECT PEDIATRIC CARE

Honeybee Pediatrics is committed to serving our entire community. We dedicate 15% of our care to reduced-cost services for families who would like the Honeybee experience but are not in the financial position to afford the regular membership rate.

Sliding Scale Specifics:

• For families with a household income of less than $40,000 per year, we offer 60% off the regular membership rate with a family maximum membership fee of $100/month.

• For families with a household income between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, we offer 40% off the regular membership rate with a family maximum membership fee of $200/month.

• For families with a household income greater than $60,000 per year, we offer our regular practice rates with a family maximum membership fee of $400/month.

• For families with children in foster care, teachers, medical students, and residents, we have separate discounts available.

We have a limited number of financial assistance opportunities available.
