Hive and Nest Memberships
Our primary care memberships covers all of your primary care needs. We have two memberships available: Hive (in-office), Nest (in-home). The only difference between the two packages is where you see Dr. Coleman; in her clinic or at your home. We will work to keep you out of emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and minute clinics. Your child is best cared for by a doctor who knows them, their history, and their unique needs. This includes coverage for all of the following:
Routine well visits
Unlimited sick visits (acute and chronic care)
Remote visits/virtual care
Routine vaccinations
School/camp/sports physical forms
Management of minor lacerations (stitches, staples, glue)
Developmental and behavioral screenings
Counseling and guidance (nutrition, development, sleep, behavior, parenting, and more)
Initial lactation consult for newborns
Evaluation and medical management of chronic pediatric conditions such as eczema, asthma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety
*Families who pay annually will receive a 5% discount.
*Discounts are available for families with children in foster care, teachers, medical students, and residents.
*A limited number of financial assistance spots are available to families with an annual household income of less than $60,000. Please contact us for more information.
*A limited number of openings are available for one-time visits for various needs. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
*Honeycomb patients who transition to a Hive or Nest membership will not pay a registration fee and will receive a 10% discount for the first six months of membership.
*House calls outside a 20 minute drive from the office will be charged an additional fee based on distance.
