House Calls

Sometimes, it just easier to stay home and have your doctor come to you. Whether you have a newborn you’re not comfortable taking into a clinic, a sick child at home, or it’s just more convenient to have a well visit in the privacy of your home, we will come to you. You will enjoy a less stressful, unhurried appointment to meet your needs.

  • We offer at-home visits for all newborn Hive (Clinic) members for one month at no additional cost.

  • Nest (Home) memberships are available at a higher membership rate.

Wellness Checks

No other patients will be present during your visit. That means you can be confident that our office will be a warm, inviting, and safe place for your family—no matter what. At each check-up, Dr. Coleman will listen your questions and concerns (including sleep difficulties, parenting strategies, behavior concerns, and potty training to name a few!) and strategize with you—the expert on YOUR child—the most effective ways to prevent and minimize disease. We will see all patients according to the AAP schedule until they reach the age of 22 years and then assist them in transitioning to the adult healthcare world.

  • Dr. Coleman will also manage long-term conditions like asthma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

  • Wellness checks include:

  • A thorough history and physical to go over all health issues in detail

  • Developmental screenings at specific ages according to AAP guidelines

  • Routine or customized immunizations (vaccines will be billed to your insurance through VaxCare if they are in-network. If they are out-of-network, we will work together for the most cost effective solution.
